Equipment used in highly sanitary conditions needs a strong defense against microscopic bacteria. Rice Lake's BenchMark® HE-X bench scale is designed to meet strict sanitary design principles, withstanding extreme washdown demands.
Built for highly sanitary environments, the BenchMark® HE-X is made from 304 stainless steel. The frame is made from solid stainless steel plates connected with continuous welds. An IP69K hermetically sealed load cell is protected from production materials and washdown chemicals. The BenchMark® HE-X open design and no exposed threads mean product and bacteria have nowhere to hide.
The BenchMark® HE-X is easy to clean and won't be pushed around during high-pressure washdown because of the heavy steel frame. This scale also has an easily removable cover, making it perfect for extreme sanitary environments.
The BenchMark® HE-X is a stainless steel, washdown bench scale with a removeable cover for easy cleaning in highly sanitary environments.
