Scale Calibration and Repair Technician
AAA Weigh is currently seeking a full time calibration, repair and sales technician.
Duties include: Providing high quality installation and calibration of new equipment, on site and in house testing, calibration and repair of customer owned equipment, and other job functions related to our products and services.
Ability to use a multi meter, soldering skills, good driving record and ability to pass a background check are all required. Must be mechanically inclined; know tools and how to use them. We are looking for someone kind and personable with good communication and customer service skills, capable of professionally representing the company when with customers.
Attention to detail is very important as collecting correct data and following other procedures and work instructions are critical to the work that we do. Ability to operate a p.c. and navigate a Windows environment and use Microsoft Office is also important. Bilingual a plus but not required. Ability to lift 50 lbs is also required, plus the ability to work on your own or in a group.
Training is provided but candidates should already be proficient with electronics and computers.
Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There may be light overtime during the week with rare weekend work and/or travel.
