Remote displays (or scoreboards) receive and display weight data from a weight indicator in applications such as truck scales, clean rooms, agricultural, retail, and manufacturing, where the driver or operator may be unable to see the scale or balance as products are weighed.
Remote displays are not digital weight indicators in that they typically do not store scale parameters and calibration. They simply receive weight and or weight data from a weight indicator. Sizes can range from a 1/2 inch display for a lab or retail scale up to 6 inches plus for truck scales. Operators can also program custom messages or instructions remote displays.
